OCI debacle
Started leetcoding after ~2 years at AWS (Sounds familiar, right?). Have an interview with OCI next month. Few questions: - I'm interviewing for an IC3 and OCI promises 250k+ in comp. What kind of questions should I expect? - How's the culture at OCI? - Read some things about Visa support being horrible. Is this true? I'm on an approved h1b just need stamping and would then need to transfer the visa. Please refrain from trolls :) TC 185k, YOE: Roughly 4 years out of which 2 years is post my MS in US.
I interviewed there when I was at Microsoft. I got an offer and the interview was standard. Leetcode and system design. When you enter the OCI offices you may notice that the place has no cheer and people are there only for the money. Not sure exactly what gave me that feeling. People did not seem happy or optimistic or excited about work

It was mostly medium. Like FB but easier than Google. Don’t expect it to be very easy just because it is Oracle.

Figuring out if it's worth my time and effort. Leetcoding would help me anyhow just trying to get a sense of OCI.
Worth if you are in for the pay. You will get paid well
