You need feedback from oci folks. It's not bad at all. Atleast for the next 2 years there is enough work to be done.
Ic3 is senior , ic4 is principal next is consulting and then architect.
Got downleveled at OCI. How soon are their promotions?
What's your TC at Expedia and Oracle?
