Just for the heck of competition fear not everyone signup for lowered quality. There is a huge difference in OCI offering compared with three big competitors where as Zoom need a robust solution. While Zoom already had earlier engagements with MSFT azure cloud, this move is not going to help them a much.

OCI needs to pay us billions per year before we'd consider a migration. Cost saving isn't our focus. Migration costs billions and many years.
If you are moving to Oracle, better lawyer up.. their business model is to threaten customers with lawsuit and extract money.. Amazon/Google/Microsoft are far better choices
