How is Sumo Logic to work for as an engineer ? What is the culture? What are the IPO prospects ? Interviewing with them right now. Wanted to know its worth going for onsites. Current TC: 250K
Don't need to leetcode. Good snacks and game room. Culture is not bad.
As in no coding in interview?
It has been good. Engineering culture is customer oriented, collaborative, with good wlb. Mostly modern stack and tech on AWS. The teams practice total ownership. There are a lot of challenges and opportunities at all levels in all functions spanning big Data, distributed systems, and systems thinking. IPO is most likely getting closer but the CEO and the CFO, that joined 1 year ago with a lot of experience with IPOs, are not saying anything.
