Google is great but not sure there's much growth at the moment. Flexport and Rippling are on a similar situation with an opportunity for IPO in the near future. I've heard some shady things about Rippling but any advice here would be amazing. 10 YOE
Can you refer me to flexport
I’d take Google. Never underestimate how important liquidity is. You don’t know if your stock at Rippling or Flexport will ever be worth anything. Between Rippling and Flexport…choose Flexport. Read the horror stories at Rippling. They’re all true. Things aren’t getting better. Many people (myself included) are looking to leave.
What about putting the equity on secondary markets?
All of the unicorns are trading for at least half off their private valuations on the private market. (There’s gonna be a bunch of Rippling stans who are going to come out of the woodwork to talk about tender offers that haven’t happened in years or that Rippling’s stock is going for *only* 45% off. Ignore them) Liquidity on the secondary markets is super weird nonetheless. Assume you won’t get either the price you want or the ability to sell when you want or probably both.
Good offer
I am surprised more people choose Flexport
Lol
What is flexport 😂
I mean… I hate to google simp but this time it makes sense
Are you ai/ml?
The answer could depend on your NW.
Which recent changes within Google are you talking about?
Flexport is dominated with Amazon like culture. Why would you go to Flexport if you have an offer from Google?
