So, you’re almost at the top of the band for your level as a Senior. The max is 135k, but they usually offer slightly less so that you don’t get nothing during the annual review. You’ll need to aim to be a lead to make any more. The bonus is also very good in Target standards

If bay area, the top of the band for senior would be 170k as base. It will be a bit difficult to get that initially. But 135K totally possible

Assuming you are joining in Minneapolis, this is pretty good tc according to target standard but you were already making around that much so maybe negotiate more cause once you are in, salary hikes will be around 3-4% usually every year

Shitty offer - take it only if you’ve no other offers. I rejected Target offer twice and they upgraded the offer every time. For your skillset, you should try for lead engineer positions. Lead at Target is like Senior at other tech firms. Lead band at Target goes up to 180K in base and sign-on is now at 50K for lead, 30K for senior due to hot job market. They are desperate. Negotiate harder!!
