Verbal Offer for a Analytics role at Braintree in San Francisco - 125K base $40K RSUs - vested over a 3yr period Refreshers every year 10% bonus/year (individual performance based-cash + company performance based - stocks). 5+ YOE Is that the standard rate or is it low?

5 yoe in analytics? If so prob low. Ask for 150k and 75k over 3
