Offer Evaluation Data Engineer - Salesforce VS Walmart Bonobos VS Medidata solutions

Salesforce - TC 160 - 132K + 10% bonus + 15K RSU Walmart Bonobos - TC 199K 150K + 10-16% bonus + 24K stock- vesting 25%, I won't get the 10-16% annual bonus till March 2023 Medidata solutions - TC 148K - 135K + 10% bonus, no stock Salesforce DE is focused towards analytics with dbt, Walmart Bonobos DE team has different tech stack team from Walmart DE and uses Walmart HR, finance, stock & benefits, focused on data engineering on Bononos (Startup culture) and Medidata solutions DE is focused towards engineering with streaming pipelines/applications with flink and Kafka. All are in NYC I have 3years of experience as Data Engineer and also a master’s degree. Bonobos was bought by Walmart but they operated as different unit unlike jet which became in-house (has startup culture, has a manager of DE but currently no Data engineers as they left and joined Facebook) Which would be better career wise long term? What do you think?
