Offer Evaluation

Hey guys, I work in vulnerability management as a contractor for Yahoo and I'm converting to a full time position and wanted input on if this is a good offer, any thing I should think about, any advice for progressing my career in the future. I get a title bump to Security Engineer II 145k base + annual 15% bonus + 10k annual long term incentive bonus = 176k TC (there is a sign on bonus, but this is being hashed out with HR right now.) Current TC is 90k, 2 YOE, current title is security analyst. I'm fully remote if that matters. Thanks!
