Offer Expectation from AMD and Intel India
I received positive interview feedback from AMD and Intel HR and they will be moving forward with an offer letter. I have received an offer from Samsung(details added). Qualcomm TC: Senior Lead(2 years in title) Base: 35LPA RSU(unvested): 50k USD(20k vesting scheduled for this nov) Bonus: 15% Yoe: 7 (M.Tech from IIT) Samsung Offer: Base: (50LPA/ JB: 10/ PB: 10L) What should I expect from AMD's offer(title and compensation)? Amd: 40+16+25k rsu Title mts Intel: g8: 40+8/2+30L cash divided in 3years similar to rsu Decided to reject both.
