ASML San Diego Project Engineer: 87k ~10% bonus Tower Semi (Soon to be Intel) NPB Equipment Engineer: 127k ~10% Bonus Is the Tower offer a no brainer? I’m just hesitant to take it from all the talks of layoffs. I’ll probably be the first one on the chopping block once the acquisition goes through. ASML won’t budge as that’s the highest in the job grade they’re offering. YOE: 1.5
Tower
Is it ASML Netherlands/Belgium or in the US?
San Diego location!
ASML if you are worried about layoffs and shit. YoE or current nationality or location would really help!
YOE: 1.5, currently in ASML but in a field role out in Phoenix!
87K dollars in US, hmmm 🤔 are you on H1B ? If not go to Intel. Even if you get fired, you would have learned something about semiconductor. ASML isn't semiconductor it's a optics company.
Tower, make money when you can, no matter big or small company, regardless of TC you will be on chopping block if the company is going south.
So, which one did you end up taking?
