My friends H1 extension was denied and had to return back. Her manager was a$$hole though and lot of things depends upon manager I guess?
I'm earning nothing close to this rn but targeting IB/ER/Consulting in the future. Respectfully, with 6YOE I would hope to earn more. Are you being internally promoted or newly joining Deloitte?

Yearly Bonus payout in consulting can be all over the place. You are more likely to get only 50% of your target. Try to negotiate base
That signing bonus is what is making this a very fair offer but that is a one time thing. I think it is a good offer but if you are willing to negotiate, counter 168k base and 15-20k signing.
This is good money in Florida
With no MC experience and no MBA this is a solid offer at the SC level in Florida. Current t20 MBA class offer is 165 base, 30 sign and 5 relo. This is for 3+ years exp and top MBA.
Annual Bonus and location?
Florida, up to 20%
Seems about right. MBA grads from M7 schools living in the northeast are around 200k TC
