Location: Amsterdam Yoe: ~4 Current TC: €61600 Klarna: level 3 TC €64800 with pre ipo equity ServiceNow (internal transfer): IC3 TC €68200 including 10% bonus but no additional RSUs which I will definitely negotiate I am really leaning towards Klarna since I think Fintech is booming, their IPO is close and their valuation is crazy. But can’t deny their salary is shit and ServiceNow seems to like what I have done for them. Which one should I pick? #tech #offer

@OP service now gives rsus even for fresh grad. Check with your hr. Never heard of an offer without rsus
Fun fact: just checked with HR and apparently you don’t get RSUs for IC3 level in Europe for new hire. Only ACR RSUs are available
