Offer comparison - Oracle(non-OCI) vs Arista
I have ncg offers from both the companies for Bay Area location. Oracle’s TC is ~ 210k first year, 180k later. While Arista’s offer is ~180k with a tiny sign on, so second year comp could be similar for both companies. The oracle offer is from a not-so-attractive org from what I have heard. Please let me know your opinion on growth at both companies and preferences.
Arista typically gives significant yearly bonuses

Oracle, Hike is very minimal and irregular at Arista.

They don’t increase much base but give significant RSU refresh, much higher than initial grant. But it is heavily tied to how your peers review you.
