They have filed my h1 so if I refuse now it ll be reneging. 2. Pwc - Manager 2, FS - mulesoft (cloud computing) . Next level is SM. TC 150k. Joining Bonus 25k * Annual Bonus 0% 3. Wipro 145k base (leaning no) 4. Deloitte- consultant (cloud ) 135k base, joining bonus 20k , annual Bonus 15% (leaning no) I have a 1 year old as well so would love some perspective on wlb too. At this point my decision is between Salesforce and pwc.

Salesforce. Since you have already accepted, nothing much can be done now. You should have better growth being part of Salesforce. How much of your 11 years yoe is in Mule?

I guess Acumen will be part of CSG … I am surprised why there is no Annual bonus associated … do you know what grade you are being hired at ? If you will be doing consulting … you are better of at Pwc …

I agree go with Salesforce. You should get at least 10% bonus though.
