Is this a good salary for Bay Area ? This is first offer they made. How much I can stretch max.? Both work is same. Is cadence AE or PE position? AE principal gets 20% bonus- more than synopsys. AE sr principal (which is staff elsewhere) gets 25% bonus. PE only gets 10-15% bonus max i think

yes refreshers and rsus at synopsys is very hard or almost 0. In cadence if medium to high performer u can get rsu refeshers.. that way cadence is better
