Offer evaluation: Linkedin vs Uipath
Linkedin data infra @ sunnyvale TC unknown around 210k - 230k I guess Uipath cloud team @ bellevue Base 128k stock 270k @ 56 so about 400k now Numbers not accurate because I don't want to be recognized I like bellevue don't know about the bay I am interested in the linkedin team. AWS gave me ptsd to anything cloud also heard bad wlb in uipath I feel like uipath is on the rise Thanks guys Current tc 158k 1yoe

Uipath is super toxic. I’ve heard Amazon is way better than UIPath so take that into consideration

The WLB here is good IMO. The folks in Bellevue are nice (I know almost everyone in engineering). Lots of eng stuff to build. All in all a good place to work

Data Infra is a huge org. Hard to comment anything without knowing sub org/team. In general, I have heard people are technically strong and there are some challenging problems to solve. But promo velocity is slower than in Product orgs.
I moved from Amazon to UiPath and wlb in Bellevue is great. Manager is pretty cool and interesting things to work on.
