Offer evaluation for Sr. Product Manager at UNITY Tech
Hi, I received a verbal offer from UNITY and wanted to see what folks here think about it. Role: Sr. product Manager, AI in Bellevue Base: 155k Equity: 369k over 4 yrs with 25%/yr Bonus: equity refreshers upto 40% of base No sign on bonus but said their relocation bonus is generous. Current TC: 145k YOE: 11 yrs total/ 4+ yrs as a Product Manager

base can go up, equity is value based (fixed) so if you really want to maximize join when stock price is low for more RSUs

There’s no bonuses for L6. Only L9 and higher
