I would say compare your base salary only. At this levels base salary difference is more important for me. Others have lots of restrictions (for example when will you get RSUs?)
I will get the RSU every 1 year since my start date. The base salary would basically the same. The only difference would be the RSU
My current team leader has micromanaged all of tasks and being toxic on blaming mistakes. I have to work with others literally together via Screen sharing for 2hours. Will you change your job due to this unhealthy team culture?
If this affects your mental health significantly, you should switch. But make sure the new team you plan to join is actually better. Could you also share which team is that toxic?

Were you in credit risk team?
Yes. Head of Credit is mood-sy. Meaning he might micro manage at times. Managers are chill but expect stuff to be done only in particular way as they all came from banking.
