The offers I got are not as much as most shared here, so wondering how you guys will choose for Hardware System Engineer role in BayArea Cisco: Grade 11, Base:195K, RSU: 40K/year +Bonus up to 12% of base by performance NVIDIA: Grade 4, Base:200K, RSU: 70K/year AMD: Grade unknown, Base:220K RSU:50K/year (this oral offer has been canceled) YOE:9Y TC:230K
RSU potential for nvidia is much greater than Cisco. Cisco is much more likely to be a coasting job though.
Thanks for the advice. I have studied these two stocks for some time, found Cisco is relatively stable and high dividends yield, compare to NVIDIA which has higher volatility( can both explosive and down ?)
By the time you join Nvidia the stock might go down another 30-50%. Take that into consideration.

I’ve worked with Cisco products and support and hated it, so I wouldn’t join there. Nvidia seems like a better choice.
