Recently got offers from following companies, GrubHub, Qualtrics and GoDaddy. Total comp is about $280k. Try to get opinions from people here to see if it is worth taking it. I have onsite interviews lined up with Twitter, Dropbox, Lyft, Uber and Facebook. Should I keep interviewing for better brand companies? Thanks in advance!
Stay away from GoDaddy. They have a wonderful way of laying you off and screwing you out of stock etc. #metoo
Is this applied to whole company or specific office? I interviewed at Kirkland office, everyone looks pretty nice.
Headquarters, AZ office.
Can you talk about how you became so good at algo interviews?
If godaddy treat their employees the same way they treat their customers I would stay far away from them
Qualtrics, who sequoia advocate publicly as their shining star in their portfolio (over Dropbox who is about to do a down round ipo) isn’t a sexy enough brand?
Yes, wait. The companies you have lined up are better. Just be straight and say you're in tbe middle of interviewing and want to complete your cycle before deciding. Walk away from anyone pressuring you to accept to soon. You're Eng and will get more offers
Choose fitbit ....
Wait, you got $280k from qualifiers? Can you tell us the comp breakdown oP?
I think you should. I'd get personal satisfaction from working at a better branded company
