I’m sure there are some crazy numbers out there... come on...
Hey! The Zuck is in da house!
$120K. Sigh. Unvested (I usually sell immediately upon vest)
Grow up! It’s not even vested !
You lost nothing if it unvested.
Why?
Why what?
Why what when?
find FB TC on blind, say someone from FB has 300k tc, now he/she has 270k, lose 30k, wow
Diversify...
You cannot diversify unvested RSUs buddy
That’s why I sell everything immediately upon vesting
$0 Tomorrow might be a different story 🤔
Meh... was it fun to post this pointless comment? So epic, blinders will remember you for ages.
Are you butt hurt at your investments? 😭 You asked the question then rip on those who didn’t get burnt... nice plan
It is short term and any ways 2 months back it was 154. Be happy.
Chin up Facebookers. This just means that new grants/refreshers for the same dollar amount will result in more shares. There is more upside as an employee now.
Well, I disagree, FB reported today less revenue than expected. That means less cash in their pockets to split across employees. Even if they keep up in the next round of refreshers, how long can you keep up if cash flow slows down?
You know that total revenue this quarter was up 42% Y/Y right and that we have almost $3B cash flow this quarter alone after all expenses including salary, bonuses and rsu pay out that brought us to almost $50B cash reserve right? FB finance is still solid but it's a hyper growth stock like Amzn so any sign of slow down will hit the stock hard.
I sold my public shares a couple months back. I’ll jump back in in the low 100’s :)

If not ‘k’, what are you, a janitor at FB? Why do you only have 2 FB RSUs?
