I recently interviewed for Okta for a Software Engineer Intern position. I got an LRU Cache problem (Leetcode medium). I thought it was really hard to get it to constant time and had to rely on interviewer's hint and explaination. I am not sure if I did good. Do you know how long it takes for recruiters to reach back at Okta after first round? It is been a two days with no response. Also, recruiters are slow at communicating back. #job #leetcode #interview #swe #intern
They will get back to you soon if you’re selected..

Tough to come up with the doubly linked list solution if you haven’t solved that problem before. This problem used to be labeled hard btw.
For real. I came up with the class object and dictionary and could easily do it in linear time but not constant time - double linked list. That INSANELY HARD if not seen before. I liked the interviewer attitude and he was really encouraging for the most part. I am not sure how long they take to reply. I assume if no response by the end of this week, it is likely a rejection
Thats definitely one of those problems that everyone should solve before interviewing lol. It’s asked quite a bit. If I was the interviewer I’d definitely pass you because I would know you had never seen the problem before.
