I have an onsite scheduled next week for ServiceNow. This is for a position that asked for 0-2+ YOE. They asked for experience in Java and JavaScript. The rounds: 1 hour hackerrank (2 interviewers) 1 hour hackerrank (2 interviewers) 1 hour Hiring Manager (a different hiring manager than the one of the team I'd actually be one) The recruiter told me during the 1 hour hackerrank they could ask about UI, JS, React, and data structures and algorithms. Does this mean it won't be straight LC? I haven't used React in my life. Also, could you shed some light on the difficulty I can expect for the LC portion? Thanks TC: 95k YOE: 2 #ServiceNow
I doubt they will ask framework specific questions
Is there a hiring bar?
Not really but I think they might be trying to establish one.
Please share your experience after interview!
Will do. Should be next Friday. Please comment and remind me if I forget to update.
Goodluck!
I assume with what you've been told, you're interviewing for a position in UI/UX. I doubt they'll ask framework questions since we use our own (although it is similar to react). I'd say any REST/multithreading questions will be fair game. Coding questions will probably be mediums. Oh also, know your relational database basics at minimum.
What framework do you guys use?
Related to LC easy-mediums and also could be related to UI- plain js
