Onsite over VC
Have an onsite at Google scheduled over VC. Very very dubious about taking it. Randomness at any onsite is immense, VC adds to that randomness. Google intrviewers, how do you feel about doing onsite rounds over VC? Do you feel you can gather enough signal? Are you giving candidates any benefit of doubt when over the edge? Do you feel VC gives candidates any slack or is it the other way around?

I was supposed to give a couple until they got cancelled. Iโm really not sure how I was going to handle it. Itโs new territory for many of us. We want to be fair, but donโt know what biases exist until we actively see them.
