Opinion about few companies

I am in early and late stage interview process with following companies, please provide your feedback which one I should be pursuing Role: Product Manager YOE: 19 Current tc: $150,000 Morsum LLC: Late stage, offer $150K base plus 15% bonus capped, plus 25000 stock option after 6 months Babylon: Early stage Evalserve: Early stage CVS: $155K plus benefits - mid stage NCQA: $150K base plus benefits - mid stage But nothing really exciting based on my tc understating from this forum. Please advise what should be ideal target tc and what should be desired structure? I am also not getting any opportunity to connect with a startup who are offering life changing RSU and offers. Please advise what should be my best move and feel free to refer me. I am super motivated for a change.
