Hello blind community, I have an Oracle Cloud offer for IC4 level and will like to know what I can renegotiate for. Can I ask for 175-5000-50? Offer: Base - $160k RSU - 4000 Sign-on bonus - $30k Location: Seattle Current TC: 175k
You can negotiate at least 30percent higher. What level are you at Microsoft

Location? Seems very low for IC4 if Bay area/Seattle/Austin.
They pay less than 250k for principal level?

Great job in jumping 62 to ic4 . ic4 scope here is Microsoft 64/65 Ic4 min is 6k in stocks so you can go much higher
