Oracle IC4 Principal Product Manager
I’ve got an offer for a Principal Product Manager position at oracle management cloud in the Bay Area. Base - 165k Stocks - 80k over 4 years Current TC ~185k YOE - 3 yrs at SWE, 2 yrs as PM Is Oracle Management Cloud a part of OCI? Is this a lowball offer? What would be a range at this level? Any guidance would be appreciated.
That is less than what OCI pays for new grad. Do not join, not worth it. Ask them to make 80k stocks per year.

TPM - is this technical program manager or technical product manager? Did you have competing offers? Or was this what they offered upfront?
