Which team ? Depends on the role and team
Typical offer for IC5 with 10 yrs of experience is 200k base, 600k RSUs/4 yrs. But if you are a star, I have seen offers as high as 240k base, 1M RSUs.
Why would anyone leave Google for Oracle?
It's my game plan to become the Google Cloud CEO.
But that was HP -> Oracle. Google does not higher lowly Oracle execs.
I don’t think IC5 in most orgs even crosses 200k.
If u r an IC5 and u make less than 200k in the Bay Area u r seriously underpaid.
Oracle non oci is very low paying job as compared to others . There will be no hikes raises or bonuses . If you are top performer then you will get few pennies as compared to your google pay. Seriously consider your move to non oci oracle group.
Non OCI groups only have to work a few hours a week, so the pay is not bad at all
Stay away from Oracle or OCI
There is no standard offer. Highly dependent on the specific team.
100% this. They treat everyone different.
