Oracle Marketing Cloud
Any thoughts on Oracle and Oracle Marketing Cloud?
Plus combined with maxymizer it is actually awesome
I heard leadership there is pretty bad and high turnover. Thoughts?
It can be true, but they are hiring massively with good salaries. Probably 1-2 years can be a good experiment both financially and from networking perspective
Good products - Eloqua maxymiser bluekai all the top functionality in respective areas. If OMC had the agency and SI channel that Adobe or SFDC have would be amazing. But not huge growth in marketing cloud biz atm despite all the vendors growth goals. Targets lower than either adobe or SFDC reps though.
OMC reps get lower targets than Adobe or Sfdc? I thought oracle was big on large salaries but much higher targets
Nope. Talking to ex OMCer now at Oracle and target was almost half the Adobe (Campign) rep. But have to work hard for it depending on the territory - esp if Eloqua deals, as they aren't as chunky as Responsys or Bluekai. Some patches like retail or travel may be pushing similar to Adobe or SFDC MC specialist/overlay.
Oracle Marketing cloud is the real deal Eloqua / bluekai great. In fact, SFDC uses eloqua. Sales at Oracle is cut throat. You get a short leash at the start to prove yourself.
How does it compare to the Adobe marketing cloud?
