Oracle Sr. Director Job Offer
Have been offered a Sr. Director role in Oracle (M5) : Base Pay - $246k & Perf. Bonus + Stocks - $110k. Location - Midwest. Please let me know if this is at-par or better than the current pay for M5 role in Oracle. I have couple of days to get back to the recruiter. Thanks!!
Having second thoughts, torn between @ Uncle D and see how the MD path plays out or jump to Oracle for a 20% bump in pay.

Sr. Director of what? If it is Tech, Stocks + Bonus can get a bump.
