Internet is covered for permanent home workers up to $50/mo. They also cover monthly phone bill costs
Internet bill is reimbursement. I dont claim it as to me it is cheap to extract $50 for internet(which I was already using before remote) and be getting fair enough TC
One night stay in Lanai is on Larry
Thanks! I saw that, not that great but better than nothing tho. Adobe has 15% discount, MSFT has 10% discount.
Thanks for the insight
No to all of this. You get a laptop. That is it
OP, what are you expecting? “ergonomic chair and standing desk” is the common phrase floated around. Stuff that you dont have and expect Oracle to foot the bill?
No Coolest… meh maybe mobile phone coverage, for service only. No they don’t cover home internet Benefits overall are ok at best. ESPP is below average (5% discount) 401k match is 3% and does not fully vest until 4 years of employment Health insurance is not cheap Tuition reimbursement is decent and has just been expanded to cover other education options.
401k has a maximum of $5300 i think
Home internet can be reimbursed. You just have to fill out the form. Health insurance is excellent and MUCH less expensive than everywhere else I’ve worked. Highly recommend the UHC Medium PPO. Hit your out of pocket max by June and everything else costs nothing through the rest of the year.

Thanks! I have received that brochure but wondering is there any new benefits for home office setup and etc?
