Join amazon or Oracle Cloud? Offer wise, Oracle is a stock heavy offer with very little cash apart from base. Amazon is usual combination of stock and cash. Work wise, both profiles seem to be good, except Oracle gives a chance to work in cloud from ground up (though with risks)
Can you share your offer details? What level and what's the total comp? If the comp is the same I'd probably go with amazon as there less risk
Oracle Cloud is better from a product perspective as it is a newer product and is being built by ex-AWS and ex-Google cloud engineers who knows the shortcomings of AWS Since it is a newer product, you should learn better at Oracle. With positive reviews from customers migrating from AWS to Oracle BMC, Oracle is a great place to be in as of now. Plus, the scope to move across different cloud enterprise product offerings is more at Oracle than Amazon.
Both are a great. Our VP is more funny, our all hands are hilarious. Come for this, it is better than a Netflix comedy
I heard that Oracle was offering yuge signing bonuses for Amazonians to defect
You'll likely have a better work life balance at Oracle.

When would tech job market come back to pre-pandemic level?
Is the total pay the same across both? If so I would choose Amazon. The name on the resume is always good.
