You should definitely try for ic5. The comp is in the ic5 range. But it could go a little higher based on the team
Team? For IC4, RSU's are on the high end. Typically IC5 gets around 8-10K RSU's.
Oracle’s stocks usually comes with options that can be convertible to RSU with 25%. Make sure that it is not 11000 stock options. Otherwise, it is converted to 2750 RSU. Clarify this with recruiter.

That's $45k for the rsu, we're not experts on Oracle stock price. What's ic4? What other offers do you have? What other offers can you get? The stock component is weak.
