Oracle or unicorn company

Hi, i am currently a senior SD but I have have been unhappy and frustrated with my team for some months. A company reached out to me and I started the interviews, now they are extending an offer with twice my current compensation. I am afraid of leaving a giant like Oracle for some other small company. The company is not bad, it has good reviews both here in Blind and in Glassdoor. Should I just take the risk? TC 900k Mexican peso yearly. New offer is 1.8M YOE 8

1/100? He's getting paychecks every month not investing in Tesla calls

But should I leverage this offer with my current manager and then look for the move? Or just ignore this offer and look for an internal transfer?

Of course my dude, go for it. If you read all that paragraph again you'll see that you know that you have to take it ***Don't consider paper money if that's part of the offer

What do you mean by paper money? Each month's paycheck?

VMware MUYi02 Jul 15, 2022

No, equity/stocks. It's only worth if they IPO or sell the company, only consider cash and bonus

Add TC in $ for your other Mexicans to compare, you're not alone here
