Currently in early rounds interviewing for Sr PM role at Oscar Health. Anyone can share what their compensation/OTE $ range is for Senior PMs or Senior Devs ? Also are they giving out pretty decent equity still ? What kind of benefits / perks do they have ? Appreciate any intel :) #oscar #compensation
