has anyone used fundrise for steady returns? How long is the average investment period? advice?
I invested 10k into it. Started out fine, 12% annualized dividends. Now things seem to be falling to about 8%, so kinda miffed about that One thing you MUST be ok with (and you would see this if you bothered to read their offering circular) is that this is basically a 5 year commitment - i.e. if you withdraw money out of fundrise within 5 years, they penalize you a few %
Is fundrise allowed for h1bs?
(I am not a cpa or lawyer) Of course it is. All schemes to part people from their money are available to the widest possible audience.

Screw it. Don't care anymore. Let Israel take it. One state solution.
Expense ratio is very high, I looked into it 2 years ago and dropped the idea. REITs on Vanguard are your friends
+1 to this.
