Basically recruiter told me the ranges (supposedly) of a few items: Base 220-250k Bonus 20% RSU 280-300k (vests over 4 years) Sign on 10k (can increase with "justification") How does this look? Is there room for more RSUs? And how to "justify" more sign on? Current TC 360, YOE 19

Hi OP, out of curiosity, your current TC is 360, and this role offers a similar TC, why are you considering this role?
Well, the hope is it negotiate something higher, because if it is similar, I probably won't switch. But the job content does seem more interesting, and the company culture seems better. But I suppose those are "soft" items rather than "hard" items to consider.
Is this for ASIC design opening?
Yes they have many ASIC openings right now. They are expanding their team.
HW culture is OK. Cloud side units are really bad in terms of culture and work life balance.
Update: got the actual offer, but it was much below expected TC for upcoming year. Would have tried to negotiate, but was told the numbers were pretty much max and not much wiggle room. So, sadly had to decline the offer. It's a shame though, really liked the team and company culture, sounded like a fun job where I could have contributed a lot. Don't you just hate it when money gets in the way of things! π€£

It's the PAN culture to make you work with minimum required wage. You need to beg for promotion or raise or bonus.

Consumer cloud is new team so you have opportunities to grow. Prisma cloud culture is really bad. Prisma left shift you wanna stay away in every possible way, perfect example of mismanagement
