So, what does no WLB mean? Is it 50 hour weeks? 60? 70? More?

I wasn't worried earlier. I was just searching for work quality at that team on Blind. And a lot of bad stuff written about that team. And one person from Amazon on Blind literally told me to stay away from that team.. thats why I am trying to understand it better.
