PWC Offer

I was offered the role of SM2 at PwC in their advisory division. This role is based out of Tier 3 city and comes with 202K as base and 18K as joining bonus. I make somewhat same in my current organization but the role at PwC seems to be better. Does the compensation being offered is in line or is this a low ball offer? #PWC
