PWC just promoted wife and gave 4% raise with a sorry but not sorry note. What the hell? Base 214k Bonus 18% RSUs - what RSUs? How much will she make if switched to private company? BCOM from India, CA from India, CPA from US, 12 yrs work ex.

What practice is she in? Pays at PwC wildly vary depending on the group and the city you’re based in (sounds like you’re in a tier 1 city?

The partner says ohh I am compensating a low raise of 4% by a higher bonus 18%. But that was the bonus % before as well.
PwC is a private company? Which is why there are no RSUs. But that fucking sucks man. That's a sorry ass salary for a director IMO. What side of the house is she on? Have you looked up the salary range in Colorado?
