Passing modern day #interview

I've been a SWE for 4+ years, recently I went to a conference and made connections with recruiters from Google / YouTube, Amazon, Twitter, Lyft and Uber. I can see myself working at all these companies and definitely want to interview with these companies. However I have bombed interviews in the past and don't know how to prepare, any advice??
