Past my first month in SE school

If this reaches you pls take your time to read, Thank you. So here's the thing as every other kid I was really into computers but I never really got access to any, we did get taught about computers in school but twas always really so abstract and unreal to me, always felt like something was missing, throughout my childhood I've always been in and out of several tech program/computer program or class, mostly school stuff really, I forgot to mention I'm 21 going to 22 by September, fast forward to 2020 the pandemic hits, Universities in my home country are also on strike and so I've got a lot free time on my hands, My father suggested I go to this new coding Academy they just opened in the area we live so I did, I learnt basic web Dev HTML, CSS, JS and Python, did a little work with SQL, and some frameworks, I got a laptop towards the end of the program but j could work on projects with one the coding Academy provided, made a website at the end of the program at around Feb of 2021, last yr being 2021 the restrictions got lift up a little bit and the schools also called off the strike, I went back to school and didn't do much coding, I'd watch YouTube videos now and then (especially on front-end development) just to keep myself update (really don't know why, cause I wasn't working on anything, but I just loved to learn, felt easy 🤣), Alright fast forward to the present I got enrolled in a SWE programme it's sort of a scholarship, the programme module is structured by Holberton school and so we practically do what 1st year students at Holberton would do, Just got last my first month and this last week has been the most intense I've going through the programme without a laptop but I just work on my phone I got tèrmux on it, like I said I'm always in some programme or the other been a few this year too, but usually I give up just after a few weeks, but this programme has been the only one that has really captured my interest in tech, it's tough I'm won't lie but at the same it's invigorating or exciting (I don't quite know the right words to use), We've got past the basics of being a SWE, we lent how to use git, clone repòs, push and just bacis hit stuff, learnt about shell and the CMD line learnt how to create scripts and just basic DevOps, right now we're about to start C and low_level_programming, but lately I've been feeling like I don't know what I'm doing and I'm just going, I read the documentions and books we're provided and I watch the videos, but I just feel like I just don't have enough time to finish a the resources and work on the various projects we get every week, I found a repo that most the answers to the projects we get and I sometimes go there go get code if I get an error or unsure of my own code and sometimes I just copy paste I feel like I'm running out of time and I can't meet the deadline for the projects, like this past week for example I had power and data problems and so I couldn't get through the resources on time and I had to use the repo to help me, Now I feel like a cheat and I don't really know what I'm doing and I just cp, and I feel like I'd get in trouble later in the future, worst part is I don't feel like I enough sometimes and I stop my self from going after certain jobs or opportunities, Please could anyone help me out, I'm about to go into another week and I don't know what go do #engineering #software #swe

I think people underestimate how much time it takes to learn and understand computer science. Keep going at it
