Pay range at SAP in US
How's the pay for SAP Basis/Security at SAP, do they provide RSU etc.? Recently saw some openings there so curious #sap #basis #security TC 210 LOE 8

Don't expect much. They can give you RSUs based on your performance, but it's not that much either. Do you get RSUs in your role at Google?
I was Sr develop T3-3... I got TC around 170k. It's low in the market.

Nope. I'm in Chicago. But it won't be too much difficult in HCOL like Bay area or Seattle
Iβd agree with the comments about compensation but one benefit is that the work life balance is really good
My former engineer team in Concur didn't show good life balance. I was exhausted to take page duty every month and more than 50% got paged.
You cannot generalise work life balance, it really depends on the team
