Pay range for Senior Data scientist at Doordash
Couldn't find a good approx salary expectations for Senior Data scientist @Doordash. Have interview scheduled next week. Tc: 190k Yoe: 7
150K-180K
That’s DS3 leveling and would be ~$350k TC in HCOL.
$250k - $350k TC depending on COL, salary around 180k-200k
I just interviewed for this position, recruiter asked me my expectations I said I wasn’t sure, so he said it might be 320-350 for DS3, so I said yikes that might not be enough, and he quickly said well don’t worry that’s the bottom of the ds3 range. Pay ranges are changing fast lately so it seems they could go up to 400ish, but it’s def open to interpretation and many factors driving end result (e.g., competing offers)
If either of you get an offer can you post the breakout of salary vs equity?

That didn't work in the past. They always try to low-ball. I want to give them a competitive range. :)
