Currently level 8 (Assoc Manager) working as Tech Lead. TC : 23L YOE : 11.5 PayTM offer TC : 36L + 2L bonus + 450 RSU vested over 5 years Level : Senior Technical Lead I feel I am being low balled. 1) Please suggest how is this offer? 2) Is Senior Technical Lead role an IC in PayTM? Base 35-40L is the usual range for Tech Leads. Ask for 45-50L considering your years of experience and also try for other offers for better negotiation

It is a decent offer considering your current TC. Take it. At the very least it is opportunity to get out of IT
