I received an offer and I was wondering if I have room to negotiate? YOE: 2 Location: SJ Level: T24 / SDE3 Base: 133k Bonus: 10% @ 13k RSU: 97k / 3yrs TC: 178k per year
2 YOE overall? Impressive for SDE3. Do you have Masters and work ex before Masters. Fellow T24 here, 5YOE overall (2.5 after Masters), 132k/120k making it 185k TC, but this is in Austin, Tx

Oh man right out of bachelors with 2 YOE, you must be good. Congratulations! I know T24s in SJ making 215-220, may be your exp played a role in 178k TC? Nevertheless, great TC at your level. It can only get better.
These days people get so much for 2 YOE ? Really ? It took me 12+ years to get there!

Long story. As you can tell, I started my career a long time ago. Country switch , career switch from Engg to non Engg, PayPal for ~ 3 years
In my opinion you should negotiate on base pay a little for sure.
