Paypal bangalore sde2, reviews and expected TC
Am serving notice period and actively interviewing.ongoing interviews with paypal for sde2. What TC should I ask as expectation. what are the reviews? Work culture? Current TC - base 14 Holding offer with startup - 28 base + 2 performance bonus + 3 joining bonus + 2 stock [ for 4 yr] YOE - 2.5

+1. Or wait 6 months and try to get better offers from Uber, OCI for sde2. No upside switching to PayPal. Startup might be upside depending upon work and long term growth
