In the last couple of weeks, I'm seeing infinite posts on linkedin from interns who ended their term @ PayPal and are trying to write how exceptional it was, how much they learned and posting pictures. SO MANY POSTS from different interns. Why? Is paypal asking you guys to do so? Or do you get brownie points in race of getting a future offer?
It's likely that their returning intern/full-time offers were predicated on writing a glowing review on LinkedIn </s> Or perhaps these people genuinely had a great experience. Were they underrepresented minorities by any chance?
