Paypal six figure bonus?
I’m interviewing at a research team for T26 at PayPal. My hiring manager mentions ‘if i work on high visibility projects and do well, there’s a chance i can get 100k bonus’ Is that even a thing? I’ve never heard such a thing at Apple or any other tech co tbh.

LOL. Please check Levels.fyi. PayPal doesn’t pay well compared to tech. But they do pay little better than typical finance/banking companies. I think Director and above could get that if you combine their bonus plus RSUs.
Do you mean performance RSU of 100K plus? If so, possible and common

Yes . There is something called as KTA than can give you 100-150k RSU ( based on level) grant just based on performance on top of regular refreshers .
Seems high for a cash bonus but possible for RSUs
Rsus maybe I got 80k, I got $20k for T24 and that was “unheard of”
